Close to OBX favorites like Avalon Pier, Goombays, Duck Donuts, Pony & The Boat, Josephine’s (best Italian), Trio (wine & bistro) Putt Putt & Movies. Makes for a perfect couples or romantic getaway

Welcome to Coastal Breeze, a brand-new (2024) ground-level studio apartment designed for comfort, privacy, and a touch of boho charm. You’ll enjoy a private bedroom with a plush 12” cloud like queen mattress, a cozy breakfast nook, 50” Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, private bathroom, electric fireplace, and A/C The kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, sink, microwave, toaster, utensils, and Keurig with complimentary bottled waters, coffee, creamer, and sugar provided. We also supply linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap to make your stay effortless. Step outside to your private fenced-in patio, the perfect space to sip coffee, read a book, or unwind after a beach day. Provided is a 2 person Inflatable Hot Tub, Beach Chairs and an Umbrella are provided to make your OBX adventures even easier. Things to note: *We live upstairs so you may hear impact noise on occasion. We did however spend extra time and money designing this space to provide as much privacy as possible. We added Resilient Channels to the ceiling before Drywalling. This Successfully eliminated most of all Airborne noise. *There is a second rental unit on site. Each unit has its own private entry and outdoor space.*
