Stay at Coastal Oasis OBX, a beautifully designed ground-level apartment in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, perfect for couples or solo travelers seeking comfort and privacy. Enjoy a king bed with a premium 12” mattress, and an open-concept living space featuring a Pottery Barn sofa, oversized chair, 65” Smart TV, breakfast nook and electric fireplace. You’ll have a private patio with a privacy fence, fast Wi-Fi, and your own washer/dryer making it ideal for longer stays. The kitchenette includes a full-size fridge, microwave, sink, Keurig , toaster, and all necessary utensils and glassware. (The Outdoor shower has the beach chairs and umbrella in it). We provide: • Beach chairs & umbrella • Bed linens, pillows, and towels • Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash • K cup Coffee, creamer, sugar & 2 waters • Free on-site parking •. Laundry Detergent •. Paper Towels & Toilet Paper *Free parking on Premise* * We live upstairs so you may hear impact noise on occasion. We did however spend extra time and money designing this space to provide as much privacy as possible. We added Resilient Channels to the ceiling before Drywalling. This Successfully eliminated most of all Airborne noise. *There is a second rental unit on site. Each unit has its own private entry and outdoor space*
House Rules
House Rules - No smoking inside of the home but outside is fine - No pets (If pets are brought, there will be a $250 fee) - No events - No parties Check Out - Throw away anything in the refrigerator and freezer - We ask that you wash all dishes and put back during your stay. Dish soap and dish rag will be provided OTHER - We live upstairs so you may hear noise occasionally.

Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
Coastal Oasis is on a dead end street with friendly neighbors so it’s pretty quiet. We are located right by a stoplight with crosswalk so getting in and out of the neighborhood is convenient. We are only 4 blocks to the beach with multiple free parking beach accesses all around! We are also right by Bay Drive Which has a multi use path running along the beautiful sound. This is where you will find the best sunsets!

We love to walk the neighborhood or ride our bikes to Bay drive and watch the sunset! We typically drive to the beach accesses as we have a little one so we have quiet a bit to carry.
